Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are the most efficient method of quickly cleaning up messes. The top robot vacuums and mops I tested had excellent navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as wires that were strung up.
They're also simple to use with an app that lets you schedule cleaning tasks and see what they're up to.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop combo with bleeding-edge features consider the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This top-of-the-line model is fast and nimble it can remove debris such as hair from pets and human hair with a near perfect accuracy in our Debris Pickup Test. It comes with a sleek application interface with a miniature map of your home, as well as buttons on the screen for manual control.
Another standout feature of the S8 is its ability to change its cleaning mode according to the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will pause and clean its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust while it will prioritize carpeted areas to mop with a damp pad.
It comes with a range of other smart features as well, including a different dock that connects to your home plumbing to clean and wash the mop roller, without having you to manually refill it. You can even make use of voice commands using the built-in voice assistant of the S8 that can be activated by saying "Hey Rocky" to specify the cleaning of your room, modes, and granular control options with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those seeking an automated robot vacuum that is hands-free with mopping capabilities. It's among the many combinator robot vacuums that include mops that are also priced lower than competitors.
Like many robovacs Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to get started, including setting up an account on the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once that's done the robot is able to begin mopping and vacuuming with ease.
It's important to note that the mapping process can take some time and may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. Additionally the object detection is unpredictable; it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to turn it over to get free. However, these aren't major issues, and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who need an all-in-one solution for cleaning.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbing. This means that floors are cleaned and not just swept. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach areas that robot vacuums can't.
This model is essentially identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an increased suction power of 8700Pa and some additional clever features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can learn your home and offer the ability to avoid obstacles in a dynamic manner. The smart app allows you to modify a range of settings including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging station after each task to wash their pads, empty their dust bins and then place the debris in bags that self-seal. This helps to keep the system clean and also prevents allergens from recirculating. Its battery longevity is sufficient to handle large spaces without requiring a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a top-quality robot vacuum and mop that has impressive features for a reasonable price. It has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for carpets and hard floors and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also has an innovative mopping technique which uses a rolling device that is continuously sprayed with water to collect dirt and then deposit it in the water tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It avoided steps and walked close to walls without crashing. It was unable to handle fine debris and didn't always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also high, so this model might not be as easy to set and forget as the other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with docking technology that allows it to refill its clean water, empty the dust bin and wash and dry the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes upkeep easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on an ongoing basis. Eufy's application lets you manage all the functions. It gives a clear overview with plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums available on the market. It delivers impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with good accuracy, and the application lets users fine-tune the coverage of the map, define no-go zones, and modify cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was specifically designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This is a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, lifting the pads up when they're near soft surfaces to prevent contamination of them.
The docking station acts as an automated maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station has an integrated dust removal system that compacts dust, allowing seven weeks of uninterrupted maintenance.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars more than the S8 and this robot does a bang-up job of keeping my office spotless and also tackle the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to build a map of your space and knows which areas to avoid. It has an object/obstacle detector that will stay clear of things like toys and dog bowls (but not the poop) unlike most vacuums.
Other fantastic features include a self-emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also set cleaning schedules in the app and set custom the settings for each room in your home.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not dirty if you're looking to reduce time. It's a great option when you have a mix of flooring in your home and don't want to spend the money to buy a Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle regular maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this little robot is a good option. It comes with a variety of features, including the ability to empty the dustbin on its own, a separate water refill dock, as well as adjustable settings in the app. It's extremely quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. It's unable to pick up tangled rug tassels up and it drains its battery faster than other models we tried.
With a price tag of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and useful automation into a slick design. best cheap robot vacuum didn't score quite as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests like the expensive Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, but it still performed very well overall. It comes with a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the more powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads, and not leave your carpets soaked.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in small spaces. It's quiet and quick, and it does a good job of getting around tight spots. It's also excellent at removing pet hair from carpets.
It's smaller than the majority of its competitors, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a good amount of suction power and it's possible to take a picture of each object it comes across (i.e. chew toys, or socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they don't get taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are encrypted and aren't tied to your account.
It is great at vacuuming, but not as well in mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that are clipped to the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal that come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
